Don't delay. Register your group now!
Participants must pre-register as part of a group. Registrations at the door are not possible.
Group Leaders must have the Completed Registration and Payment in full in the hands of the Registration Coordinators no later than the final deadline of Wednesday June 30th. Our experience has been that First Class Mail in Canada can take 7-10 days to arrive and 14-20 days from the U.S. Space is limited and Registrations may close prior to the final deadline if the maximum is reached sooner .
If you are unaware of a group from your area, please contact us and we'll do our best to connect you with a local group. Local teens, from the Diocese of Alexandria-Cornwall, can register on their own, or with some of their friends. We will make up groups for them, with their friends if you tell us their names, and we'll find chaperones. These chaperones will call you a couple of weeks prior to set up times to meet for registration. Alternately, a parish or school can make a group of 10 or fewer girls/guys with a chaperone of the same sex and register as a group.
If you do not need a video, glossy pamphlets, prayer cards and colour posters, you may opt to download the Forms from here, otherwise we will mail the entire package to a Group Leader upon request.
